One of our first and most popular categories is our C6 lights. The C6 lights are only available in a Led version and the bulbs have recently gained popularity for outdoor lighting in bushes and trees. The C6 led lights string sets are available in many different colors, string size and bulb spacing as well. The second type of string lights we offer is C7 lights. We offer a few different led versions of these along with the traditional incandescent 5 or 7 watt replacement bulbs. The third type of string lights we offer are the C9 lights. These are very similar to the C7 lights but are larger in size. Again, we offer these holiday lights both in an incandescent 7 watt or 10 watt bulbs and in a few different led versions as well.
One of the best sellers for us is the mini lights that are traditionally used on Christmas trees. We are selling these in the traditional incandescent bulbs and also the led versions of the mini lights as well. We are also offering battery operated wreath lights and icicle lights. Then last but not least, we sell holiday lighted displays that are manufactured from rope light. We have a lot of options here such as ornament lights, snowflake lights and star lights. Some of the lighted displays are very large but easy to assemble.

Now, people always ask us why we offered both Led Christmas lights and traditional Christmas lights. We feel that we should offer all of our customers a wide variety of product lines. Now you might ask which is better, Led Christmas lights or traditional Christmas lights? The answer to that question is not real cut and dry. There are pros and cons to both Led Christmas lights and traditional Christmas lights as well. We will try to explain the pros first then go into the cons a bit later.
Some of the pros for the led Christmas lights are that they use less power, you can connect more string light sets together than traditional Christmas lights and the bulbs themselves tend to last longer since they are manufactured from differently. As far as the cons for the bulbs go, they tend not to look like traditional lights and they are somewhat different looking depending on the types of bulbs you are choosing. So please do expect a slight change in shape, colors and even brightness as well. The largest con currently is that the led Christmas lights do cost more than traditional lights. Now, if you use led Christmas lights will you make up the difference in cost in energy savings? The answer to that question is yes and in most cases you will make that difference up in your first holiday lighting season.
Some of the pros for traditional Christmas lights is that they can be brighter. For example, in the C7 light bulb section you will see choices for a 5 watt or 7 watt bulbs which means there are brighter versions offered. The led Christmas lights you do not have an option for brighter versions. Basically it is one brightness for all the led lights. This can make a difference for professional holiday display planners and installers because sometimes they need to use brighter bulbs to bring out specific items in their displays. The only other real pro that we see for traditional Christmas lights is that they do have the traditional type of look we are always used to. So if you are not a big fan of change, you can still continue to purchase the traditional bulbs. Now the biggest con of the traditional Christmas lights are power consumption. There are limitations on how many strings you can connect together and in certain cases you might find yourself having to hire and electrician to add additional power plugs to your home or business.
We hope that we have answered and explained the differences here a bit and we hope you understand why we offer both types of holiday lights on our website. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions that you might not have answered by reading this and reviewing our frequently asked questions section. We also want to point out our Christmas tree light calculator as well.
