Damaged Items

Inspect your packages and test all lights as soon as you receive the items to see if there has been any shipping damage. Please note you only have 5 days upon receipt of the shipment to report any damage. If you receive your product(s) in damaged condition, contact Federal Express at 1-800-Go-Fed ex (1-800-463-3339) or UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or notify your local post office immediately and provide them the tracking number and inform them your package is damaged. Then contact at (800) 279-1681 with your order confirmation number and ask for the damage claims.

We will then assist in processing the claim and replace any damaged items. You must contact Federal Express, UPS or the United States Postal Service prior to contacting Since damaged packages are insured by UPS, USPS or Federal Express, it is up to the consumer to report the damage to UPS, USPS or Federal Express in a timely manner. You have five (5) business days from the receipt of your product to report any and all damaged items. Should you fail to notify the shipping company within the allowable time-frame, the shipping companies will not allow a damage claim to be filed and you will be required to replace the items at your expense.
