Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
  1. All orders will take three to seven business days to process, package and ship. At times we may be out of stock on certain items. In that case, we will contact you if an item is on back order and will ask you if you would like to keep a back order in our system or if you would like cancel your order for a full refund. We will also notify you of the projected shipping time of the order as well. We Ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (Fed Ex). Shipping fees may be calculated separately from the item(s) purchased or may be already included in our pricing. We only offer expedited shipping for orders over $200.     1. If you cancel an order for a Larger Halloween prop and the prop has already shipped, either you can pay for return shipping for the over sized package or we can UPS intercept the package and deduct the shipping cost plus a $12 UPS intercept fee that UPS charges
      1. Led Christmas Lighting understands that sometimes when you order a product, it does not always our customers standards. We also understand that sometimes the product might vary from the manufacturers photographs or description and you might not be happy. For that reason we have a worry free return policy. Please Note: If you are wanting to exchange an item due to the size not fitting, we suggest that you place a new order for the proper size with our company for the item you need and return the wrong size for a refund. This way your replacement item will arrive in a timely manner. Unfortunately there are a few items we can not accept for a return due to hygienic reasons. We can not accept returns for undergarments, tights, socks, wigs, beards, mustaches, makeup and novelty teeth unless they are in a sealed packaged from the manufacturer. All Pool lights and fountains may have a 25% restocking fee if they are not returned to our company in a brand new state. We may refuse to accept pool lights or fountains that have been installed and used due to the items being underwater. Other than those items, you can return your order for a full refund.
        1. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in a new and unused condition. We are very strict on this policy and we inspect every return for signs of wear or use. Please make sure you return all the appropriate parts for the item you are returning. If the item looks like it has been used or is missing parts, we will not issue a refund. We are not responsible for any broken electrical wires or light bulbs caused by improper installation.
          1. We make the return process very easy so you do not need to wait on the telephone for a return authorization. All you need to do is to simply ship the package back to our company at:

              1. If you have an account or terms with our company and it goes past due 31 days we will send your account for collections and add a collection processing fee of $150. This applies to merchandise that is supposed to be returned to our company that has not been returned as well. We will make every effort to contact you before we send an account to collections.

                2. How long will it take for my refund to post to my credit card once I send the item back?
                  1. During peak times such as Halloween it may take up to 1 week after receiving your package for our company to post a full refund to your credit card for your order. Please do not contact your credit card company and start a charge back process during this 3 week period because that process will further delay your refund. We will post a refund within 1 week of receiving your item at our warehouse and we ask that you please be understanding of the sheer volume of work that we have during peak holiday times. If for some reason your refund is not posted in that time period, please contact our company at 800-279-1681 for resolution.
                    1. Is shipping refundable?
                      1. If you do not open the package and refuse shipping, you will not need to pay for the return. If you open the item, you will need to pay for shipping of the return item to our warehouse. Since you are having to pay for the return shipping, Tri North Lighting will issue you a 100% refund on your order.
